  •  Two day meeting in Phoenix, AZ Half day Pre-Conference “Creating Spectacular DSA Events”
  •  Equip each team to be proficient, in action, and in command of their objectives
  •  Have teams proficient in the use of basic principles of change management, improvement, and team building demonstrate examples of their actions
  • Return to DSAs and Regions with clear, actionable, and immediate objectives culminating in October 2012 at the NLC
