Despite our best intentions, often our own organizational structures and practices are among the biggest barriers to fulfilling our mission and upholding our values. This webinar explores how Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) are creating high-functioning, multidisciplinary teams to address this challenge. Through case studies, we will learn proven approaches to breaking down internal silos, including developing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication, and harnessing the power of diverse perspectives. By the end of the course, we will be inspired and gain tools to develop cohesive teams that maximize organ, tissue and eye donation.
