Live Conversation Series

The Alliance Learning Programs

Every family deserves support that truly meets them where they are and that requires our professional community to move from awareness to action. During this webinar, our panel will explore practical strategies to bridge knowledge gaps around organ donation and lesser-known belief systems, from building culturally inclusive support resources to leveraging hospital and community partnerships for more respectful, informed engagement. Whether you are a team leader interested in evolving your training practices or an individual invested in your own growth, this session will offer actionable tools for delivering culturally responsive care during end-of-life and donation conversations.
-
Develop a plan for building or expanding their organization’s library of culturally diverse support materials for families.
-
Describe at least two strategies for collaborating with a broader care team to provide culturally responsive support when personal knowledge of a belief system is limited.
