Staff burnout and coordinator turnover are of significant concern to Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) and Transplant Centers as it creates numerous challenges for program effectiveness, stability, and even patient safety. This webinar will touch on practices that can be used to improve staff retention and job satisfaction at OPOs and Transplant Centers, thereby reducing turnover.
At the end of the webinar, participants should be able to:
- Describe alternative staffing models that may enhance job satisfaction
- Discuss potential options for delegating certain job functions to alternative staff
- Identify tools for assessing staff job satisfaction
- Apply strategies to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover
