This session will explore how Mayo Clinic’s contracting strategy and clinical practice model work in concert to advance patient-centered, high-value care. The presentation will highlight Model of Care elements—including patient-focused multi-site listing and integrated prior authorization workflows—and describe how these capabilities support aligned relationships with payers and employers.
We will comment on the promise of technology, contracting, and practice innovation collectively enhancing access, quality, and efficiency, and a few lessons learned from our AI exploration to date. A patient story will ground these concepts in real-world experience, followed by time for discussion and questions.
