With an influx of patients on the waitlist with increasingly long wait times, how are transplant centers managing their waitlist to ensure that an offer is never bypassed, and their patients are ultimately transplanted? During this webinar, we will be joined by Dr. Heher of Square Knot Health who will discuss his partnership with providers to facilitate care coordination and education for transplant patients with a focus on identifying the safest and most effective treatment options for their kidney disease.
