This webinar will explore how Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) are fostering joint accountability with their hospital partners to ensure every donation opportunity is maximized. Participants will learn about innovative strategies, including collaborative audits, performance scorecards, direct feedback loops, and the review of educational opportunities offered by OPOs to hospital partners. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating transparency, improving communication, and promoting shared goals between OPOs and hospitals.
