  1. Select your desired certificate by clicking on the appropriate button. If you want multiple certificates select each button.
  2. Follow the steps on each page.
  3. Once all steps have been completed an invoice will be generated. Disregard this invoice.
  4. A copy of your certificate will be emailed to you and available in your portal account. To obtain your certificate from your portal account, log into your portal account and go to “My Account” and select “Certificates.”
  5. If you do not have a profile, one will be generated for you when you complete the evaluation and your log-in details will be emailed to you.
  6. For nursing – please make sure to save your confirmation email as well as your certificate.

This course will explore the definition of adherence followed by an exploration of associated risk factors, interventions, and monitoring as it pertains to medication adherence. We will also explore medications that require prior authorizations and the adherence concerns that could arise as a result.

  • Define pharmacology adherence.
  • Identify tools used to measure adherence.
  • Give examples of adherence interventions.
  • List common medications that require prior authorizations.
  • Describe tips and tricks to expedite prior authorizations for medications.
