Purpose / Goal

The impact of the new organ allocation system and the ongoing effects of the pandemic has significantly shifted the way transplant centers operate from a clinical and business management perspective. During this webinar, we will be joined by leaders throughout the country who will discuss the current challenges surrounding organ intake management and recovery, as well as various clinical operational models. Additionally, they will share key insights, solutions, and effective practices they’ve identified to successfully navigate the new transplant landscape.
