Unlocking People Potential: Improving OPO Strategies for Staff Deployment

This session introduces DeployAI, a decision-support tool that uses historical case performance to guide leadership in matching Family Resource Coordinators to a case. Participants will learn how aligning staff strengths with family needs can improve organizational performance, enhance family support, and ultimately expand donation opportunities.
