This webinar is intended for both Transplant Administrators and Medicare Cost Report preparers and reimbursement professionals who support organ transplant programs and are responsible for organ acquisition cost reporting. Using a “big picture” approach, this session will explore the evolution of Medicare coverage for organ transplantation and organ acquisition costs, the roles of key regulatory and oversight agencies, and how transplant operations ultimately translate into Medicare Cost Reporting. This webinar will also highlight common reporting issues, frequent misconceptions, and practical challenges organizations encounter in preparing accurate and compliant Organ Acquisition Cost Reports.
