Finding the right people is critical to the work of organ donation and transplantation. The Alliance is making it easier for organizations across the community to connect with professionals looking for their next opportunity.
Recent enhancements to The Alliance Job Board are helping open positions reach a wider audience while making it easier for job seekers to find roles that match their experience and interests.
The Job Board already draws significant interest from the community. Over the past year, it welcomed more than 23,200 visitors and recorded 40,500 pageviews.
Now, new improvements are designed to help employers get even more visibility from their postings. New positions can appear in Google search results within hours, with enhanced listing information helping Google for Jobs better recognize position titles, locations, employment types and remote opportunities. When a position is filled or expires, it is also removed from search results more quickly.
On The Alliance website, job seekers can now browse opportunities by role, including dedicated pages for areas such as coordination, leadership and management, and physician positions. Live counts help visitors quickly see where opportunities are available, and employers can identify positions as remote when posting a new opening.
A Built-In Benefit for Alliance Partners
For Alliance Professional Partner and Corporate Partner organizations, unlimited Job Board postings are included as part of their partnership benefits, giving organizations a year-round way to reach professionals specifically interested in donation and transplantation careers.
Top-tier partner organizations receive additional exposure through promotion of eligible job openings in The Alliance’s weekly Monday Minute email digest, which reaches more than 45,000 digital subscribers.
Representatives from partner organizations who would like to post and manage positions can request Job Poster access by emailing The Alliance at info@organdonationalliance.org. Organizations that are not Alliance partners may also post positions to the Job Board for a nominal fee.
Organizations and job seekers can visit The Alliance Job Board to explore current opportunities, and authorized representatives can post a new position through The Alliance website.
