Investment in Your Partnership: New Leadership Reports Provide Real-Time Insights for Alliance Partner Organizations

0

In response to requests and feedback from partner organizations, The Alliance is pleased to introduce comprehensive reports for partner organization leadership, designed to help support their employees’ engagement in Alliance learning programs. These browser-based reports deliver real-time visibility into how teams are participating in education and professional development opportunities throughout the year.

Developed to meet the needs of senior leaders, Alliance Ambassadors, and training and development professionals, the new reporting tools offer a clear, consolidated view of organization-wide activity. Users can quickly review participation in Alliance programs and events, identify trends in learning engagement, and ensure their teams are accessing the content and resources that best support their roles.

Key Features

The enhanced administrator reports include:

  • Detailed employee participation data that captures involvement in Alliance learning programs, on-demand sessions, and live events.
  • A directory of organizational volunteers engaged in Alliance committees, councils, and workgroups.
  • Direct access to core Alliance resources to support ongoing staff education and professional development.
  • Easy export options allowing users to download reports as PDF or Excel files for internal review or documentation.

These capabilities provide partner organizations with practical, real-time insight into how their teams learn, collaborate, and contribute to the national donation and transplantation community.

Accessing the Reports

Organizational representatives with the appropriate role designation, including Administrators and Alliance Ambassadors, will now see a blue top-bar quick link when logged into the Alliance Community Portal. This link provides immediate access to their organization’s report dashboard.

Senior leaders who do not yet have report access may request it by emailing info@organdonationalliance.org. The Alliance team will assist with role verification and ensure the appropriate permissions are granted.

Strengthening Engagement Across the Community

By offering reliable, on-demand reporting, The Alliance continues to support partner organizations in aligning professional development activities with strategic goals and workforce needs. These enhanced tools reinforce our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and shared learning across the donation and transplantation field.
