The Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance (The Alliance) is proud to announce the inaugural class of its 40 Under 40 program, recognizing rising professionals who are making significant contributions to the field of organ donation and transplantation.
These exceptional individuals bring a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and quality improvement – driving progress across clinical, operational, advocacy, and education domains. From transplant administrators and procurement professionals to data analysts and community engagement leaders, this year’s honorees demonstrate a shared passion for saving and healing lives.
“The 40 Under 40 program was created to shine a light on the outstanding talent, dedication, and forward-thinking leadership emerging across our national community,” said Karri Hobson-Pape, Executive Director of The Alliance. “This inaugural class reflects the diversity, creativity, and drive that will define the next era of transformation in our field.”
Honorees were nominated by colleagues who recognized their leadership, professional impact, and potential for continued influence. Self-nominations were also accepted. These nominees were then evaluated by a national review committee of experts and stakeholders committed to advancing excellence and equity in donation and transplantation.
The class of 2025 is now available to view here. Their accomplishments, perspectives, and personal reflections on the future of donation and transplantation are highlighted in their individual spotlights. Many will also be invited to engage with The Alliance’s ongoing learning programs and collaborative platforms as opportunities arise.
This milestone initiative underscores The Alliance’s continued investment in cultivating emerging leaders and supporting professional excellence at every level of the continuum.
