OmniLife Adds Patient Referral Management Tool to Their End-to-End Communication Platform for Transplant Hospitals

From OmniLife – OmniLife’s integrated communication and clinical workflow management platform has been helping Transplant Centers streamline organ intake management since 2018.

The company recently announced the extension of its services into patient management to achieve its goal of being the first and only communication-focused company to provide an integrated end-to-end communication solution for transplant hospitals.

The new module, PatientStatus™ will allow transplant centers to easily review new referrals and share updates on patient status to referring providers.

The tool allows transplant centers to customize their own digital referral forms that make it easier for referring providers to refer and then monitor the activity and status of transplant patients.

The tool also integrates into EPIC Phoenix Patient Checklists allows centers using the EPIC platform to easily share patient status updates with non-EPIC referring providers.

The tool is built to be organ agnostic, allowing centers to use the tool across all organ departments and with any referring provider.
