The Alliance and parnering organizations invite you to showcase your research and non-research programs, initiatives and/or strategies focusing on organ machine perfusion and preservation. (Recommended Topics / Areas of Focus are listed below.) Each abstract will be considered for a poster presentation at the 2025 National Collaboration Forum: Organ Machine Perfusion and Preservation

We are seeking a broad spectrum of quality ideas for presentations. Suggested areas of focus include, but are not limited to the following areas of organ machine perfusion and preservation:
- Clinical Innovation
- Operational Models
- Quality/QAPI
- Allocation
- Logistics
- Ethics & Legal
- Payor Approaches/Partnerships
- Offer Acceptance/Management
- Additional areas of focus are strongly encouraged!
Abstract Timeline
- Submission Open Date: December 16, 2024
- Submission Closing Date: NOW EXTENDED to Midnight ET on February 17, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: Week of February 10, 2025
- Conference Dates: March 18-19, 2025 | Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Nashville, TN
Abstract Guidelines
- Background/Situation/Purpose: Briefly describe the problem or challenge in need of improvement or being investigated. (400 word maximum)
- Methods/Approach: Describe the methods or approach used to address the problem/challenge/situation. (400 word maximum)
- Results/Solutions: Describe the results of the actions taken and provide detail to support the results/solutions achieved. (400 word maximum)
- Discussion/Conclusion: State the lessons learned, and the findings achieved. Discuss the implications/relevance of the results/solutions to the award category selected. (400 word maximum)
- Abstracts will be blinded for peer review.
If your abstract is selected by the review committee, you will be enrolled for a poster presentation at the 2025 National Collaboration Forum. Select presentations may also be chosen for a mini oral presentation during a plenary session. (Conference registration is required for all presenters.)
