The Alliance, in partnership with the Association of Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT), will be hosting a half-day workshop focused on expanding access within the field of organ donation and transplantation. This immersive, solutions-focused workshop is designed to equip leaders and professionals with the tools to navigate a rapidly evolving donation and transplantation landscape. Through a combination of keynote insights, panel discussions, and interactive group exercises, participants will explore the impact of industry disruptions such as OPO certifications and mergers on public trust, organizational culture, and community relationships.

- Analyze ecosystem-level changes impacting trust in donation and transplantation systems.
- Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive strategies to strengthen internal and external trust.
