Webinar pricing is determined by your organization’s Professional Partnership level. If you are unsure of your organization’s partnership level, please refer to our list of current partners.

1. Professional Partner organizations are entitled to a pre-determined number of live connections per webinar, based on the terms of their partnership benefits. These connections may be redeemed using the promo code provided to your organization’s Alliance Ambassador. Once your registration limit per live webinar has been reached, additional connections may be purchased at the discounted rate indicated above.

*Please note: During registration, your applicable pricing will pre-populate based on your organization’s partnership level. In order to receive access to your applicable benefits and discounts, you must have an account on The Alliance Community Portal. If you do not have an account, your discounts may not populate properly. If you experience any issues, please call 786-866-8730.

Late Registration Fee: Registration closes at 12 midnight (ET) the day before each webinar. A $10 late fee will be applied to registrations received the day prior to each webinar.

Important Information for the Registrant

  1. A confirmation email with webinar access instructions will be sent approximately 3 business days prior to the webinar. The same email will also be sent the morning of the webinar. The confirmation will come from “meetings@meetings.readytalk.com” on behalf of The Alliance. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • NOTE:  If you do not receive an email with instructions from meetings@meetings.readytalk.com, you may need to work with your IT administrator to whitelist this email address.
  1. Highly Recommended: Test your computer equipment the day prior to the webinar to ensure that the webinar platform can be accessed.
  2. Refer to ReadyTalk Common Participant Questions for troubleshooting and FAQs relating to the webinar platform.
