1. Professional Partner organizations will be automatically enrolled for one complimentary live webinar connection. Your access key will be emailed to your Alliance Ambassador prior to each webinar.

  • Alliance Ambassadors are encouraged to organize opportunities for group viewing of the live webinars. All who participate are eligible to obtain CE credit.
  • Additional webinar connections may be purchased by registering here. Based on your partnership level, additional fees may apply.* (Executive level partners may register for unlimited free connections.)

2. Your Alliance Ambassador will receive the access information for the on-demand webinar and may distribute it to anyone within your organization.

  • You may also obtain your own free connection by ordering here.*
  • Anyone within your organization who views the on-demand recording is eligible to claim CE credit.

*Please note: During registration, your applicable pricing will pre-populate based on your organization’s partnership level. In order to receive access to your applicable benefits and discounts, you must have an account on The Alliance Community Portal. If you do not have an account, your discounts may not populate properly. If you experience any issues, please call 786-866-8730.

Late Registration Fee: Registration closes at 12 midnight (ET) the day before each webinar. A $10 late fee will be applied to registrations received the day prior to each webinar.

Important Information for the Registrant

  1. A confirmation email with webinar access instructions will be sent approximately 3 business days prior to the webinar. The same email will also be sent the morning of the webinar. The confirmation will come from “meetings@meetings.readytalk.com” on behalf of The Alliance. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • NOTE:  If you do not receive an email with instructions from meetings@meetings.readytalk.com, you may need to work with your IT administrator to whitelist this email address.
  1. Highly Recommended: Test your computer equipment the day prior to the webinar to ensure that the webinar platform can be accessed.
  2. Refer to ReadyTalk Common Participant Questions for troubleshooting and FAQs relating to the webinar platform.
