A death of an individual aged 75 years old or less, who is legally declared brain dead according to state or local law, has body weight of 5 kg or greater, has a BMI of 50kg/m2 or less and has at least one kidney liver heart or lung that is deemed to meet the eligible data definition as defined by OPTN and CMS independent of family decision regarding donation or availability of next-of-kin, independent of medical examiner or coroner involvement in the case, and independent of local acceptance criteria or transplant hospital practice, but were not referred.
