Organ donation following unplanned sudden cardia arrest without any attempt at resuscitation by a medical team (Maastrict Category I, sudden unexpected irreversible cardiac arrest with unsuccessful resuscitation by a medical team (Maastrict Category II), or sudden cardiac arrest after brain death diagnosis during donor management but prior to planned recovery (Maastrict Category IV).
