What You’ll Do 

• Perform referral evaluation, organ assessment, donor monitoring and management, allocation, and specialized care for donors. 

• Coordinate seamlessly with surgical teams, perfusionists, and hospital staff. 

• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory guidelines. 

• Approach every situation with the highest level of respect, empathy, and clinical excellence. 

What You Bring 

• Credentials: Active RN, Paramedic, RRT, CPTC, NP, PA, or specialized Surgical/Allied Health certification. 

• Experience: Full- time OPO experience required, minimum of 2 years. Background in ICU, ER, OR, CPTC, or critical care/transplant services is highly preferred.
