RN Organ Placement Coordinator

This remote RN Organ Placement Coordinator role with Trinity Medical Solutions offers new hires the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing the organ transplant process, from donor offer to post-transplant care, within a nationwide network of transplant centers or provide support services to industry research partners through referral intake management. The position offers flexibility, a permanent, full-time salaried role, and a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Team members will receive cross-training, participate in educational development, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. A strong background working directly for transplant centers or organ procurement organizations, or acute care settings areas including CVICU, SICU, Trauma, or Emergency Department is preferred. Direct experience in thoracic and/or abdominal transplantation is preferred.

Schedule is a 24-hour shift model on a rotating basis.
