Hello. I am a healthcare leader and clinical professional with experience in organ donation systems, referral optimization, and behavioral health and family services. I have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, establishing new operational departments, and optimizing clinical workflows to increase organ donation opportunities and improve patient outcomes. I currently serve as Supervisor of Organ Referral Optimization at Donor Network of Arizona, providing operational oversight, staff leadership, and process improvement for critical referral and donor evaluation systems. My professional and clinical background integrates clinical social work, nursing, and public health with advanced training in healthcare administration. I have experience in clinical supervision, program development, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills within high-acuity healthcare environments. I previously served as Clinical and Family Services Director, where I supported individuals and families experiencing grief, addiction, depression, and complex mental health disorders. I am a doctoral candidate in Healthcare Administration and hold a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. I am committed to advancing organ donation, strengthening healthcare operations, and leading initiatives that improve clinical outcomes, organizational performance, and patient care.

Since entering the transplant field in 2017, I have worked across multiple facets of organ donation and transplantation, including allocation and currently in a leadership role which helped established our organ referral optimization department. These experiences have allowed me to witness the full continuum of donation and transplantation and strengthened my commitment to improving patient outcomes. I earned my undergraduate degree in Public Health, completed a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Tulane University, and am currently pursuing a doctorate in Healthcare Administration.
