COVID+ Donors: Considerations & Controversies

Overview: In this session, we will discuss the risks for transmission of COVID to recipients of organs from donors with a history of or active COVID which are not fully understood. The goals are to discuss under what specific conditions might it be appropriate to use organs from COVID+ donors, and to describe the potential benefits vs risks.
