Allen Paulsen is the Organ Process Supervisor for LifeSource where he oversees two teams primarily responsible for clinical oversight, logistics, and allocation. He has been at LifeSource for over ten years and has worked on multiple teams including as a Clinical Resource Supervisor and an Organ Donation Coordinator. Prior to LifeSource, Allen was a Respiratory Therapist for seven years working with all age ranges from neonatal to adult. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University – St. Paul and an Associate’s of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from Lake Superior College.
