26 years working in healthcare system as an RN. Administrative house supervisor overseeing ED, L&D, ICU, psych, med/surg RNs. Started working at LifeSource 4 1/2 years ago. Began as a donation coordinator managing donor care , allocating organs, and go to OR for procurement. Transitioned into hospital partner liaison role after 2 years of being a donation coordinator. I have been building relationships with hospital staff with onsite rounding and education, developing rapport with key stakeholders, and presenting data to improve processes. I really enjoy inspiring others of the great work they do in helping save lives thru O/T/E donation.
