Ashley Brabec is a Registered Dietitian at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine for the Kidney and Pancreas transplant program. She has worked at Nebraska Medicine in this role for about 6 years. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Banner University of Arizona in Phoenix as an ICU/Liver transplant dietitian. She has a passion for nutrition and overall health and wellness for patients. Ashley has worked hard with her transplant team to change policies and develop a more evidence-based approach to nutrition and listing in the kidney transplant department.
