Strategic and passionate leader who inspires, motivates and develops managers and team members to align with the mission, vision, values, and goals of the organization which results in positive and successful outcomes. 20+ years of expertise in all areas of Human Resources (HR) and best practices including but not limited to HR Leadership and Business Consulting, employment law, team member and leadership coaching/development, organizational development, benefits and compensation management, payroll, reward and recognition, employee relations and engagement, socialization platforms, recruitment and selection, orientation/onboarding, change management, and startup experience. Enthusiastic with entrepreneurial outlook and fresh ideas to align with organizational needs. Becky feels fortunate for the opportunities that have been provided to her and is passionate about contributing her expertise and what she continues to learn to help others.
