I am a family advocate and super new to the OPO world! My background is CNA for 10 years and EKG tech in the emergency department for 2 years. I am bilingual Spanish/English. I would like to find someone who could help me be the best advocate for the families I will be encountering. I also struggle with huddling with doctors and nurses would also be super helpful to get tips! I am always pushing myself to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. 🙂
