Brent leads the family services team at Lifeline of Ohio, where he coordinates and delivers compassionate and culturally sensitive care to donor families throughout the donation process. He is passionate about respecting the dignity of every human being and supporting each person in their search for truth and meaning.
He is also a healthcare chaplain who has completed four units of clinical pastoral education (CPE) with a focus on trauma chaplaincy and caregiver fatigue. He has experience in the ICU and ED, both in a Level 1 trauma center. He is pursuing a master of science in healthcare administration from Oklahoma State University and holds a master of divinity and a master of arts in theology from Liberty University. He has skills in trauma informed care, volunteer management, and non-profit management. He enjoys working across systems of belief and with those who hold no belief. He is a student of the Russian language and has a passion for interfaith dialogue and social justice.
