Caitlin Connell is an early-career quality professional serving as an Associate Quality and Patient Safety Advisor for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In her role, she leads performance improvement initiatives and oversees the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for Vanderbilt’s Pediatric Transplant Programs.
Prior to this position, Caitlin worked as a Transplant Data Specialist, supporting adult heart transplant data collection and contributing to a range of transplant-related quality initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alabama. Passionate about data analytics and continuous professional growth, Caitlin is currently working towards expanding her expertise in hospital quality and project management. Outside of work, she enjoys oil painting and spending time with her poodle, Lady.
