What makes your career in organ donation and transplantation special? Throughout my early career, I have had the chance to be part of something that truly changes lives‚Äö not just in theory, but in practice, every day. But even more than the work itself, it is the people who make it all possible. No one does anything alone. I've been fortunate to learn from generous mentors and to stand on the shoulders of those who trusted and guided me. Their support has allowed me to grow as a leader and contribute meaningfully to a field I care deeply about. I am proud to work with a team that conducts innovative, high-impact research across the transplant continuum, and to play a role in operationalizing that work from study launch to closure. It's a privilege to help move science forward in a way that honors donors and supports patients and families through some of the most critical moments of their lives.
