Charles Williams, MBA, MOT, FACHE, serves as president of the DFW West Region for Baylor Scott & White Health and president of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth. He oversees the strategic direction and operations of three prominent acute care hospitals located in Fort Worth, Grapevine, and Irving. Together, these facilities employ nearly 5,000 team members, support 2,150 medical staff members, and collectively generate annual gross revenue surpassing $4.5 billion. Before assuming his current position, Charles held the role of president at Baylor Scott & White – Hillcrest, overseeing a 260-bed Level II Trauma Center and its network of 30 clinics. A native of Fort Worth, Charles has held executive roles at various hospitals in the DFW area, including LifeCare Hospitals of Fort Worth, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, JPS Health Network, and Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake. Additionally, he served as vice president of performance standards and clinical operations at Tenet Healthcare. Charles is widely recognized in the North Texas community for his strong dedication to quality and safety. Recently elected as an At Large Regent on the Baylor University Board of Regents, he actively participates in various local community initiatives. His leadership is instrumental in advancing Baylor Scott & White’s legacy in Fort Worth and ensuring we fulfill our mission. Charles is married to Demetra and is a proud father of two children, Chase and Lauryn.
