I have practiced in the Intensive Care Unit for 11 years. For seven of those years, I served at the bedside in the ICU. I then went on to be the hospital-wide Nursing Supervisor for the night shift which allowed me to gain much leadership experience. My home and passion was always Critical Care so in June of 2022, I became the Clinical Nurse Manager for our Intensive Care Unit and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit. Being able to lead such an amazing team has been such an amazing experience for me.
