What makes your career in organ donation and transplantation special? What makes my career in organ donation and transplantation so special is the opportunity to be part of something that truly saves and heals lives. Every day, I have the privilege of helping to build a culture of donation‚Äö through public education, compassionate support for donor families, and strategic outreach that inspires others to say "yes" to donation. It's deeply meaningful work that balances advocacy with empathy. I've also had the honor of serving as a Baldrige Examiner and Executive Fellow, which has shaped how I lead with purpose and strive for excellence. Most importantly, I'm reminded every day that behind every donor is a grieving family, and behind every recipient is a second chance at life. Being a part of that journey is both humbling and inspiring.
