For 14 years, I served as a surgical technologist, gaining hands-on experience in the operating room mostly in pediatric cranial facial surgery. I had the opportunity to transitions into a hospital development role with LifeGift in 2021. I have spent three years fostering strong partnerships and advancing organ donation initiatives. I am currently assigned at Cook Children’s, collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize donation processes and improve outcomes.
