Brief Bio

I am a clinically licensed social worker with over 30 years of experience. For the past 11 years, I have served as a Family Services Coordinator at Midwest Transplant Network where I have had the honor of supporting and guiding our Donor families through the donation process, in Kansas and Missouri. in 2016, I also became a tissue recipient during my recovery from breast cancer and multiple surgeries. I am, and always will be, humbled by the generosity of our donors and their families who share these incredible gifts of life with others, while in the midst of their own pain and grief.

Area(s) of Focus Family Support and crisis intervention as well as ongoing psychosocial support to Donor families.
