I have worked for University Hospitals for 7 years. My roles have included being a system analyst for Radiology where I would onboard, train new hires, audit insurance denials and staff performance. My current role is Data Admin on the quality team in the Transplant Institute. Transplant is a new experience for me. I complete our internal QAPI dashboard for: liver, kidney, pancreas, lung, heart and pediatrics. I also complete audits, complete various data pull request, import TIEDI forms for our coordinators via Epic and participate in process improvement initiatives. I also recently received a certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt as well.
