Erin is a registered nurse and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Transplant, and Mechanical Circulatory Support. Her background spans bedside clinical care, academic medical center leadership, and national industry roles focused on reimbursement, market access, and government policy. She currently leads multidisciplinary cardiothoracic transplant and advanced heart failure teams at University of Utah Health. Erin is known for building high-performing teams and advancing patient access to life-saving therapies through strategic, patient-centered leadership. A passionate advocate for patients with organ failure, Erin brings a unique, systems-level perspective to complex healthcare challenges—bridging clinical care, policy, and innovation. She earned her MBA in 2023 and is known for her engaging, practical speaking style that connects frontline realities with executive decision-making. Outside of her professional work, Erin is a triathlete and a proud parent, balancing endurance, leadership, and teamwork both on and off the course.
