Job Title: Transplant Regulatory Senior Nurse Manager
Organization: AdventHealth Transplant Institute

Hannah Cone, BSN, RN, CCTC, is the Transplant Regulatory Senior Nurse Manager at AdventHealth Orlando, where she supports regulatory compliance and performance improvement efforts that advance transplant patient care. Her work focuses on regulatory readiness, policy governance, adverse-event review, morbidity and mortality processes, corrective action planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and organizational leaders across pediatric and adult solid organ transplant programs. She is committed to developing reliable systems that promote patient safety, improve outcomes, support regulatory excellence, and help transplant teams provide consistently high-quality care.

Hannah brings more than a decade of experience across critical care, clinical transplant coordination, program operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and leadership. Her transplant career began at the bedside in the ICU, caring for critically ill patients with multisystem organ failure and those recovering from abdominal transplant surgery. She later helped reopen her hospital’s lung transplant program, serving for six years as a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator before becoming the Lung Transplant Clinical Transplant Program Supervisor. In these roles, she guided patients and caregivers throughout the transplant journey while partnering with hospital and executive leaders to grow the program, develop clinical protocols, standardize evaluation pathways and throughput, create education resources, policies, electronic documentation tools, and lead performance-improvement initiatives.

She currently serves as Co-Chair of the National Transplant & Donation Quality Collaborative Professional Growth Subcommittee and as a 2027 Transplant Faculty Member for The Alliance’s Advancement Series webinars.
