Heather Montgomery is a Director of Hospital Services who works at Mid-America Transplant to promote the culture of organ donation and hospital partnerships. By leveraging her skills in hospital operations and nursing leadership, she leads a team dedicated Hospital Development Specialist to collaborate and nurture partnership with hospitals in their donor service area. Heather has a thirty-year career in nursing. She earned her original nursing degree in 1995. As a lifelong learner, she also earned a master’s degree in the science of nursing, as well as the credential CENP, Certified Executive in Nursing Practice and the impressive Fellow Certification by the America College of Healthcare Executives. When not at work, you can find her reading and making plans to travel with her husband and children.
