Jamie Rivas has served as the Director of Family and Donor Services at Indiana Donor Network since 2017. She works within the donation and transplantation field as an MSW licensed clinical social worker. Her OPO experience has included oversight of the donation call center, the transportation/logistics department, the Aftercare team and the Family Services department. Jamie began her leadership pathway twenty years ago in the field of child protection and adoption services. Transitioning her career to Indiana in 2007, she entered healthcare in emergency trauma services, specialty care populations and high-risk mental health interventions. Jamie’s passion is representing the needs of families with complex psychosocial issues. She became personally connected to organ donation in 2001 and is professionally driven to ensure that donor families are able to experience the impact of hope through their grief journey.
