Jaskiran (Jas) Kaur is Southwest Transplant Alliance’s Director of Quality Systems, where she oversees the daily processes, analyses, reporting and evaluation of quality processes to ensure regulatory compliance for the organization. Jas has worked in a number of healthcare analysis roles, including as Data Management and Analysis Manager with Baylor Scott & White Health. She has also served extensively in the organ recovery and transplant industry, both at University of Chicago Medicine and at the Gift of Hope OPO in Illinois.
Jas received her Bachelor of Pharmacy from Birla Institute of Technology and a Master of Computer Information Systems from Bradley University. She is an ASQ CQA Certified Auditor and received her LEAN Six Sigma Black belt from Villanova University.
