Jeannie Sureck is a strategic leader recognized for building high-performance, employee-centered organizations that align people strategies with business objectives. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer for Lifebanc, she directs enterprise-wide administrative and human capital strategies, manages budgets and key performance indicators, oversees succession planning, and partners closely with executive leadership and the CEO to support organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Previously, Jeannie served as Chief Human Resources and Operations Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, where she led operations, facilities, security, HR, and volunteer services while advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles in manufacturing and service sectors, where she managed labor relations, compliance, and multi-site operations. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and is known for fostering accountability, developing talent, and championing cultures that drive engagement, performance, and mission success.
