Brief Bio

Jessica Wheeler, Professional Services Liaison/Donor Family Support Coordinator with CORE

Jessica Wheeler has a Bachelor of Health Science, with a passion for helping others. She has spent her career devoted to the needs of individuals in the West Virginia community.

Jessica has experience with Foster Care as a Case Manager/Adoption Specialist, working with children to overcome their trauma and experiences. She also worked with a local Infusion Company, with a focus on an EasyMed program to help individuals stay compliant with medications, preventing reoccurring hospitalizations.
She is currently employed by the Center for Organ Recovery and Education. Jessica works as a Professional Services Liaison, providing resources to hospitals to be successful with CMS compliance, and as a Donor Family Support Coordinator, speaking with families about their loved one being an organ donor, and supporting them throughout this process.
Jessica enjoys working for the mission of CORE – saving and healing lives through donation. Jessica covers hospitals in Southern WV. She provides education and resources to these Hospital Partners to be successful in their referrals, compliance, and saving/healing lives through donation.
