Jill has over 20 years of experience working in the organ donation field allowing her the opportunity to lead teams across the donation spectrum. Her work has focused on improving organ donation outcomes to increase the number of organs available for transplant through improved donor hospital referral process, authorization, expansion of donor suitability and clinical management of organ donors. Jill serves as the Senior Vice President of Organ Donation at New England Donor Services and has been at NEDS for over 13 years; prior to that she led the clinical team at Lifesharing in San Diego. Jill is an RN with previous experience caring for patient in the trauma/SICU/burn critical care units. Jill holds an MBA from Endicott College and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a bachelor’s in nursing from Barry University in Miami.
