The process of organ, eye and tissue donation is incredibly complex and requires many people working in concert to accomplish a lot on a short amount of time. My job is to make the process as efficient and effective as possible so we can save more lives. I assess, develop, implement and evaluate education and training for hospital staff, the LifeSource team and other key donation partners.
Prior to joining the LifeSource team, I worked in staff education and development at a large health care system.
