MBS, CPTC
Job Title: President / CEO
Organization: Dedicated Staffing Solutions

Josh Angel is the founder and CEO of Dedicated Staffing Solutions (formerly Donor Staff Support, LLC.) He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from DePauw University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Spring Arbor University. For more than 17 years Josh played a critical role in extending and improving the lives of those waiting for life saving organ(s) or life enhancing tissue transplants as a certified procurement transplant coordinator. Through his desire to serve and help others, he has helped to guide countless families through the decision of organ and tissue donation so that their loved one was able to extend and enhance the life of others. Josh lead the first team within the United States at a non-transplant hospital to use Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) to assist in organ donation from donors who had experienced circulatory death. He has traveled nationally and internationally to speak on the use of ECMO and how it can be incorporated into the recovery of organs for transplant. Josh also played a significant role in the PBS documentary “The Embrace of Dying, how we deal with the end of life.” Executive producers Keith Famie, Tom Rau, Russ Ebeid, and Phyllis Sandler chronicled the organ donation process by following one of Josh’s donor families. In addition, he has also written for the journal Progress in Transplantation. Besides trying to maximize the gift of organ and tissue donation, Josh and his family are trying travel to all 50 states within the next ten years; only 25 more to go. He might also be found expanding his knowledge as an amateur ornithologist.
