Kathy Mills, president and CEO of Donor Network of Arizona, has dedicated over 30 years to advancing organ and tissue donation. A CPA with master’s degrees in health care management and business administration from the University of Arizona, she leads strategy and operations to save and heal lives every day. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys hiking, exploring oceanside cliffs, and finding great shopping spots along the way.
