I started my career at the bedside working with both donors and transplant recipients in the CT Surgery ICU and then as an Abdominal Transplant Coordinator. I took my first Transplant Administrator role in 1997. Since that time, I’ve served as a Transplant Administrator at a number of organizations up and down the East coast. Additionally, I served on the board of Directors for the local OPO for 14 years focusing on the public education and the finance committees. Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a consultant to help organization address needed improvements in their transplant programs. At the end of 2019 I transitioned to industry to support centers in understanding reimbursement and economic value of normothermic machine perfusion.
